Madagascar Vanilla Bean
Widely used in sweet recipes, Madagascar vanilla is renowned for its sweet fragrance and powerful aromas. One of these Vanilla Beans, split in two, is enough to flavour an entire preparation and is ideal for enhancing pastries, ice creams and yoghurts thanks to its intense vanilla flavour. In a savoury version, vanilla also enhances the taste of certain meats, fish and shrimps for example.
